INFORMATION ABOUT US:Our’s is a Registered partnership business firm under the name and style as “M/S ARTEM ACADEMY” established with an intention to provide Continuation of Education for those who intends to learn more i.e., EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE to carry on such incidental act/s to fulfill the object of the business of the firm as the partners may it deem fit to do time to time and to do any other activities which the partners deem fit. (Vide Registration NO. 3477/2017, date 19.08.2017 by the Registrar of firms, Registration and Stamps Department, R.R.District, Govt. of Telangana).Through this academy we offer our services of continuation of education to students,Faculty of existing colleges and any working professional etc, for development of skills.

  3. TERMS OF USE:The site www.artem.co.in is a website where you can browse, select and apply to enroll in courses conducted by M/s. ARTEM ACADEMY in the mentioned above address or any place. The terms and conditions of set out in this document govern your access to, and use of, the site, as well as any application for enrollment you lodged through the site or over the telephone by calling us on phone No. +91-9666666426 or by completing and sending an application form by post or by enroll in person.Those who proceed with an enrollment application deemed to have accepted the terms and agreed to comply at all times including during your enrolment (if any) with all applicable laws in connection with the use of the site, and your application, and our bye-laws, rules, policies and procedures, and that you are responsible for informing yourself of the requirements applicable to you under such bye-laws, rule, policies and procedures available herewith.
  4. ELIGIBILITY FOR ENROLLMENT :

    M/s ARTEM ACADEMY, Solutions, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force major events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc). We may accept fee by cash, cheques, by electronic bank transfer etc.,(II) RE-SCHEDULE POLICY:

    ( I)REFUND POLICY: ( Need to ask about GST )

    • That those who are
    • Legally capable of entering in to binding contracts; and
    • Attained the age at least 18 years old;
    • Having not an outstanding bad debt with the institute or the University; and
    • Not previously been asked to leave a course. CONTRACT BETWEEN ACADEMY AND YOU: That we invite you to apply to enroll in a course, by selecting and submitting your application through the site or telephone, post or in person is deemed offer by you and your acknowledge for our terms and conditions. On such enrollment we may ask you to provide additional information to enable us to process your application and we may reserve the acceptance or rejection of your application. Acceptance of your application will be confirmed by us through an email or phone and then the agreement shall come in to existence.
    • FEE POLICY:
      • In case M/s Artem Academy solutions cancels an event,100% will be refunded to the delegate excluding G S T
      • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 day or more prior to the event, 10% of the total feepaid excluding GST will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refundable to the delegate.
      • If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 7 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.
      • In case M/s Artem Academy reschedules the training event, the options available to the delegates are:
      • Change of location for training doesn’t come under reschedule policy.
      • The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience, at any mentioned location, on any date of scheduled training and the same is valid till three months from the date of Registration.
      • The delegates, if they so wish, can send a replacement, next immediate schedule. However, this should be intimated to M/s ARTEM ACADEMY at least 3 days prior to the event.
      • Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below.
      • If the rescheduling request is received 7 days prior (or more), 10 % of
      • Registration fee will be charged excluding GST
      • Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
      • – If the request of rescheduling is received within 7 days or less, no rescheduling will be allowed. However, the delegate can send a replacement instead.
    • ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY:
      • That all users who enrolled in our academy must follow the acceptable use policy violation of same may suspend or terminate your access.
      • Your access to and use of the site is subject to these terms and conditions. You agreed to bound by, and comply with these terms and conditions by browsing the site.
      • The site may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us or our related bodies, these links are provided for your convenience only and;
      • We make no representations or warranties, or have any responsibility or liability for those websites;
      • And these links do not indicate, expressly or implied, that we endorse the site are the products or services that are provided that those websites.
    • ACCOUNT REGISTRATION:If you register an account with us, you may not have more than one active account, and your account is non-transferable. You may up date or edit your account at any time through the site. If you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or workplace facilities to access the Site, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies or protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities.

      • We may immediately suspend, terminate or limit your access to and use of the site and (Where relevant) your account if you breach these terms and conditions
      • The breach cannot be reminded; or
      • You failed to remedy the breach within 10 days of our notice to you of that breach; or if there is an emergency or we need to perform some maintenance of the site.
    • INDEMNIFICATION:That you may agree to indemnify and hold this site and its affiliates, sponsors, partners, Directors, Officers, and employees harmless and against and to reimburse with respect to any and all losses damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, finds and costs expenses arising out of relating to your breach of this agreement or use by you or any third-party services.

    • RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
      • This site reserves the right and sole discretion to:
      • Censor any website posted on its servers i.e. deemed inappropriate.
      • Review any account for excessive space or bandwidth utilization and to suspend service to those accounts that have exceeded allowed levels.
      • Terminate any account for nonpayment of fee, for providing fraudulent account information or fraudulent payment information.

      Apart from the above crimes, virus attack, unauthorized copying are civil cases comes under the per view of U/S 43 of Information Technology Act.

    • LAW OF JURISDICTION:These terms and conditions will be governed in accordance with, and any dispute relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana State.
